POLICIES

            CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING 

    We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations and cancellations are sent via email/text. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via email and or text 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-hours before your appointment start time to avoid penalty. A deposit will be required when booking your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance at the time of service.

 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. If you cancel/reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. (If you did not pay a deposit at the time of booking and you reschedule/cancel with less than a 24-hour notice or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged a fee of 40% of the scheduled service/services total)

*Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your account as a credit that can be used towards future appointments if you reschedule/cancel your appointment with at least a 24-hour notice.*

                                                         

                                                 

                LATE ARRIVALS   

     We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results and to ensure that everyone gets seen at their allotted time.​

   There is a 10 minute grace period. Clients arriving outside of the 10 minute grace period will be charged a $10 fee and you may have to be rescheduled, as accommodating late clients will inconvenience the time of the next appointment. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. 

                                                                             

                      LASH         EXTENSION FILLS

    Fill prices are based on a 40% requirement. If you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining or it has been 4 weeks or more since your last service, a full set will be required and will be charged at the full set rate. We welcome clients coming from other lash studios with an existing set of classic eyelash extensions but ask that you allow for more time to examine your lashes and remove any that don't meet our standards. In some cases, removal and a full set will be required.

 

*At this time we do not perform fill services on volume or designer sets that were done with another salon.*

                                                                                                         

                                         

                    GUEST POLICY

Mod Esthetics offers a soothing environment for our clients. Keeping that as our focus; we do not allow children or other adults not receiving service in the lash studio.  You must be 18 or older to receive service. The youngest we are able to service is 16 years old. (If under 18 you must be accompanied by a consenting parent who can sign the release form)

 

 

     APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS

 Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hour's appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please call to book outside of normal business hour's appointments. 

                                                                                                             

                                                       

​​                                                   PAYMENT/GRATUITY

 

​  Payment is due in full at the time of service, your deposit will be deducted from your final balance at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit cards. When paying with cash please keep in mind that exact change may not always be available. When paying with a credit card, the name on your ID must match the name on the credit card.  Gift Cards are also available for purchase in the studio. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, fees, deposits, gift cards, products, or discounted offers. Gift cards have no cash value. When using Klarna as a payment method all cancelation/rescheduling policies still apply. (please see above cancelation/rescheduling policy)

                                                                  REFUNDS

  You are paying for the artist's time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services, fees, deposits, gift cards, or products. Gift cards have no cash value. If you are unhappy with the service, you may contact us via telephone within 72 hours of your original appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up (THIS EXCLUDES LASH FLARE/CLUSTER LASHES AND STRIP LASHES. DUE TO THE SHORT RETENTION ON CLUSTER AND STRIP LASHES.) Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your original appointment will be charged at full price. Any fees accessed cannot be transferred to any service, nor deducted from a previous balance.
